一(yi)、農業生產形勢較(jiao)好,畜(chu)牧業平穩增長

四、市場銷售穩步(bu)增(zeng)長,服務零售增(zeng)長較快

前三季度,社會消費品零售總額365877億元,同比增長4.5%。按經營單位所在地分,城鎮消費品零售額316838億元,同比增長4.4%;鄉村消費品零售額49039億元,增長4.6%。按消費類型分,商品零售額324888億元,增長4.6%;餐飲收入40989億元,增長3.3%。基本生活類和部分升級類商品銷售增勢較好,限額以上單位糧油食品類、體育娛樂用品類、金銀珠寶類商品零售額分別增長10.4%、19.6%、11.5%。消費品以舊換新政策持續顯效,限額以上單位家用電器和音像器材類、家具類、通訊器材類、文化辦公用品類(lei)(lei)(lei)(lei)商(shang)品零(ling)(ling)售(shou)(shou)額(e)(e)分別(bie)增(zeng)長(chang)25.3%、21.3%、20.5%、19.9%。全國(guo)網上零(ling)(ling)售(shou)(shou)額(e)(e)112830億(yi)元,同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)9.8%。其中(zhong),實物商(shang)品網上零(ling)(ling)售(shou)(shou)額(e)(e)91528億(yi)元,增(zeng)長(chang)6.5%,占社(she)會消費品零(ling)(ling)售(shou)(shou)總(zong)額(e)(e)的比(bi)重為25.0%。9月份,社(she)會消費品零(ling)(ling)售(shou)(shou)總(zong)額(e)(e)同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)3.0%,環比(bi)下降(jiang)0.18%。前三季度,服務(wu)零(ling)(ling)售(shou)(shou)額(e)(e)同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)5.2%。其中(zhong),文體(ti)休閑服務(wu)類(lei)(lei)(lei)(lei)、通訊信(xin)息(xi)服務(wu)類(lei)(lei)(lei)(lei)、旅游咨詢租賃服務(wu)類(lei)(lei)(lei)(lei)、交通出行服務(wu)類(lei)(lei)(lei)(lei)零(ling)(ling)售(shou)(shou)額(e)(e)較(jiao)快增(zeng)長(chang)。

五、固定資產投(tou)(tou)資穩(wen)中(zhong)有降,制造業投(tou)(tou)資較(jiao)快增長

前三季度,全國固定資產投資(不含農戶)371535億元,同比下降0.5%;扣除房地產開(kai)(kai)發投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi),全國(guo)固(gu)定資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)產(chan)(chan)投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)增長(chang)(chang)3.0%。分領域看(kan),基礎設施投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)同(tong)比增長(chang)(chang)1.1%,制造業投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)增長(chang)(chang)4.0%,房(fang)地產(chan)(chan)開(kai)(kai)發投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)下(xia)(xia)降13.9%。全國(guo)新(xin)建(jian)商品(pin)房(fang)銷售面積(ji)65835萬平方(fang)米,同(tong)比下(xia)(xia)降5.5%;新(xin)建(jian)商品(pin)房(fang)銷售額(e)63040億元,下(xia)(xia)降7.9%。分產(chan)(chan)業看(kan),第(di)一產(chan)(chan)業投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)同(tong)比增長(chang)(chang)4.6%,第(di)二產(chan)(chan)業投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)增長(chang)(chang)6.3%,第(di)三產(chan)(chan)業投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)下(xia)(xia)降4.3%。民(min)間投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)同(tong)比下(xia)(xia)降3.1%;扣(kou)除房(fang)地產(chan)(chan)開(kai)(kai)發投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi),民(min)間投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)增長(chang)(chang)2.1%。高技術產(chan)(chan)業中,信息(xi)服務業,航(hang)空、航(hang)天器(qi)及(ji)設備制造業,計算機及(ji)辦公設備制造業投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)同(tong)比分別增長(chang)(chang)33.1%、20.6%、7.4%。9月份(fen),固(gu)定資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)產(chan)(chan)投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(不含農戶)環比下(xia)(xia)降0.07%。

六(liu)、貨物(wu)進出口持續(xu)增長,貿易結構繼續(xu)優(you)化

前三季度,貨物進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)總(zong)額336078億(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)4.0%。其中,出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)199450億(yi)元(yuan),增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)7.1%;進(jin)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)136629億(yi)元(yuan),下降0.2%。民(min)營企(qi)業進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)7.8%,占進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)總(zong)額的(de)比(bi)重為57.0%,比(bi)上年(nian)同(tong)(tong)期提高2.0個百(bai)分(fen)點。對共建“一帶一路(lu)”國家(jia)進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)6.2%。機電產品出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)9.6%,占出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)總(zong)額的(de)比(bi)重為60.5%。9月(yue)份,進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)總(zong)額40436億(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)8.0%。其中,出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)23445億(yi)元(yuan),增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)8.4%;進(jin)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)16991億(yi)元(yuan),增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)7.5%。

七、核心CPI連續回升(sheng),工(gong)業生產者價格降(jiang)幅收窄

前(qian)三(san)(san)季(ji)度,全國工(gong)業(ye)生(sheng)產(chan)者(zhe)出廠價格(ge)同(tong)比下降2.8%。其(qi)中(zhong),9月份(fen)同(tong)比下降2.3%,降幅(fu)比上(shang)月收窄(zhai)0.6個(ge)百(bai)(bai)分(fen)(fen)點,環比持平。前(qian)三(san)(san)季(ji)度,工(gong)業(ye)生(sheng)產(chan)者(zhe)購進價格(ge)同(tong)比下降3.2%。其(qi)中(zhong),9月份(fen)同(tong)比下降3.1%,降幅(fu)比上(shang)月收窄(zhai)0.9個(ge)百(bai)(bai)分(fen)(fen)點,環比上(shang)漲(zhang)0.1%。

八、就(jiu)業形勢總體(ti)穩定,城鎮調查失業率下降

前(qian)三(san)季(ji)度(du),全國(guo)城(cheng)(cheng)鎮(zhen)調查(cha)(cha)(cha)失(shi)(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)率平均值(zhi)為(wei)(wei)5.2%。9月(yue)份,全國(guo)城(cheng)(cheng)鎮(zhen)調查(cha)(cha)(cha)失(shi)(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)率為(wei)(wei)5.2%,比(bi)上月(yue)下降(jiang)0.1個百(bai)分點。本(ben)地(di)戶(hu)(hu)籍勞動(dong)(dong)力調查(cha)(cha)(cha)失(shi)(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)率為(wei)(wei)5.3%;外來戶(hu)(hu)籍勞動(dong)(dong)力調查(cha)(cha)(cha)失(shi)(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)率為(wei)(wei)4.9%,其中外來農業(ye)(ye)(ye)戶(hu)(hu)籍勞動(dong)(dong)力調查(cha)(cha)(cha)失(shi)(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)率為(wei)(wei)4.7%。31個大城(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)城(cheng)(cheng)鎮(zhen)調查(cha)(cha)(cha)失(shi)(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)率為(wei)(wei)5.2%,比(bi)上月(yue)下降(jiang)0.1個百(bai)分點。全國(guo)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)就業(ye)(ye)(ye)人(ren)員(yuan)周平均工(gong)作時間(jian)為(wei)(wei)48.6小時。三(san)季(ji)度(du)末(mo),外出務工(gong)農村勞動(dong)(dong)力總量19187萬人(ren),同比(bi)增長0.9%。

九、居民(min)(min)收(shou)入(ru)平穩增長,農村居民(min)(min)收(shou)入(ru)增長快于城鎮居民(min)(min)

前三季度,全(quan)國居(ju)民人(ren)(ren)均(jun)(jun)可支(zhi)配收(shou)入(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)32509元,同比(bi)名(ming)(ming)義(yi)增長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)5.1%,扣除(chu)價格因素(su)實際(ji)增長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)5.2%。按常住地分,城鎮(zhen)居(ju)民人(ren)(ren)均(jun)(jun)可支(zhi)配收(shou)入(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)42991元,同比(bi)名(ming)(ming)義(yi)增長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)4.4%,實際(ji)增長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)4.5%;農村(cun)居(ju)民人(ren)(ren)均(jun)(jun)可支(zhi)配收(shou)入(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)17686元,同比(bi)名(ming)(ming)義(yi)增長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)5.7%,實際(ji)增長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)6.0%。從收(shou)入(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)來源看,全(quan)國居(ju)民人(ren)(ren)均(jun)(jun)工資性收(shou)入(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)、經營凈收(shou)入(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)、財(cai)產(chan)凈收(shou)入(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)、轉移(yi)凈收(shou)入(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)分別名(ming)(ming)義(yi)增長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)5.4%、5.3%、1.7%、5.3%。全(quan)國居(ju)民人(ren)(ren)均(jun)(jun)可支(zhi)配收(shou)入(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)中位數27149元,同比(bi)名(ming)(ming)義(yi)增長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)4.5%。
